- Lebar Pemotongan (Width of Cut): 4.0 mm
- Material Mata Pisau: CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) yang di-brazing pada badan karbida.
- Kecocokan Holder: Cocok dipasang pada tool holder tipe MGEHR 400 (eksternal) atau MGIVR 400 (internal).
Aplikasi Utama (Kapan Harus Digunakan?)
Insert CBN ini sangat ideal untuk pengerjaan baja yang dikeraskan (hardened steel) dengan tingkat kekerasan tinggi sekitar 45 hingga 65 HRC. Beberapa contoh penggunaannya meliputi:
- Proses bubut alur (grooving) dan potong (parting-off) pada baja perkakas (tool steel), komponen otomotif yang dikeraskan, gigi transmisi, dan bearing.
- Pengerjaan besi cor keras (hardened cast iron).
- Aplikasi pemotongan kontinu (continuous cutting) berkecepatan tinggi demi menghasilkan permukaan akhir yang halus (mirror finish)
