E-Instruments E5500 Combustion & Emissions Analyser

This combustion analyser comes with the latest EGAS software package which allows the user to save and graph data in real time in the field with a laptop computer, or on a PC in the office or laboratory. The E5500 also has Bluetooth, giving the option to communicate wirelessly with a computer, as well as through a USB interface and cable. A bluetooth module for a computer is supplied as standard with every E5500 combustion gas analyser, so even a computer without Bluetooth installed can be made to work wirelessly with the E5500. Data from the EGAS software program can be exported to other spreadsheet programs for added flexibility or to create detailed emission reports.

The E5500 offers a myriad of features associated with a high end flue gas and combustion analyser, including a water trap feature which removes condensate from the flue gas sample and eliminates any gas in the sample being dissolved into moisture. An internal memory can save up to 1,000 tests. The E5500 combustion analyser is supplied as standard with a factory calibration certificate and can be easily re-calibrated.

Up to 5 sensors can be used with the E5500, which are electrochemical sensors and can include a low level NO or NOx sensor with a resolution of 0.1 ppm. The other sensors include O2, CO, NO, NO2, NO/NOx and SO2. CO2 between 0-99.9% can be calculated by the E5500. The LCD screen with backlight can be rotated for ease and convenience and the parameters can be zoomed in to view from a distance, or even zoomed out for more parameters to be displayed at the same time. An optional Bluetooth printer can be wirelessly used with the E5500 to print out results on site with no laptop or a laptop can be employed for data to be transferred wirelessly to the supplied EGAS software program.
