The Inline Laboratory and Pilot Plant
The inline High Shear Mixer HSM 402 is mainly designed to disperse solid gum powders such as CMC, Carpobol and Carbomel as well as in oil/ water emulsions. The machine can be delivered with a mobile stainless steel trolley which makes it very mobile and a stainless steel hopper and SMS fittings.
The Main Advantages are:
* Dispersion of gums without “ Fish Eyes” within minutes
* Fine Emulsions of 1-2 microns particle size within minutes
* Particle size reduction for dispersions below 50 microns in minutes
* Flexible mixing capacities from 3 to 300 liters
* Reduction of batch processing time
* Outstanding stability and Homogenity
* Reduction of Investment Costs
