Improved detection range and safety

The FT3405's use of contactless measurement utilizing a red LED in the visible spectrum allows the range from which rotational speed can be steadily detected to be improved by a factor of 2.5, to 500 mm. Extended range means the ability to measure rotating target objects from a greater distance, resulting in improved safety.

The FT3405 features a drop-proof design that can withstand a drop of 1 meter onto concrete.
