The RZ6 is part of the VACUUBRAND® XS series of rotary vane vacuum pumps. These pumps have been designed from the ground up for best performance in laboratory applications. The RZ6 is an excellent choice for freeze dryers up to 6 liters, benchtop centrifugal concentrators or other low-temperature evaporations of high boiling point solvents, molecular distillations, schlenk lines and other applications where diaphragm pumps cannot provide sufficient vacuum.

Small and Energy Efficient
The XS vacuum pumps are substantially smaller and lighter than pumps of comparable capacity, saving you bench or floor space. Motors were selected for their energy efficiency.
Rugged & Low Maintenance
The XS series of pumps features many nitrogen-plasma treated parts in the flowpath to increase corrosion resistance. Integrated gas ballast helps ensure exceptional water vapor tolerance with minimal impact on ultimate vacuum. Wearing forces have also been reduced for longer service intervals.
