Material : 100% pure PTFE ( Teflon)
Soft and very little torque is required to obtain a seal and can be used for rough surface and fragile flanges such as cast iron, aluminium, or ductile flanges. Does not stick to flange surface. Save labor and time on replacement compared with sheet packing. Easy to apply and no waste, supplied in cord form with a pressure sensitive adhesive on one side which makes easy to set, no gasket cutter is required.
Use Temperature : -250oC - 315oc
Use Pressure : 15 Mpa
Application Range : Chemical Pipe, Steam & Heat Exchanger, Flange with rough surface, places where the strong bolting force is not available.
Standard Size : 3mm x 30m, 6mm x 15m, 9mm x 7.5m, 12mm x 5.0m, 16mm x 5.0m, 19mm x 5.0m.
