PT. Gema Industrial berdiri tahun 2001. Kami mempunyai banyak engineer perawatan/ maintenance yang berkualitas dalam bidang perbaikan dan perawatan dan juga sistem managemen perawatan. Ini memberi banyak kontribusi untuk memastikan bahwa mesin dapat berjalan berkesinambungan selalu, sehingga dapat efisien dan ekonomis.
Bidang usaha utama kami adalah :
1. Perbaikan dan Perawatan Umum: -Mesin Perkakas: Milling, Grinding, Turning, Boring , dsb-Alat Industri : Diesel, Tester / Laboratory machine, Automatic Welding, Hydraulic machine, etc
2. CNC & PLC Retrofitting Untuk Mesin dan Peralatan: -Control system : Fanuc, Sinumeric, etc-Retrofitting bermacam NC/ CNC, PLC : GE Fanuc, Omron, Fuji Electric, Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.-Electronic Equipment : Servo Drive, Inverter/ Converter , Power Supply, Sensor ( Proximity, En / Pulse coder ) , -Electric Control Panel : Design Control System, Installation / Reinstallation , etc.
3. Maintenance Engineering: - RCM ( Realibility Centered Maintenance) - TPM ( Total Production Maintenance) - CMMS ( Computerized Maintenance Management System)
4. Design Engineering : - Drafting/ Perancangan & Modeling- Gambar Engineering - Design termasuk pembuatan / Manufactur
5. Trading, Gema Industrial memegang beberapa brand product ( Trafo Unindo / Trafo Schneider, Alstom, Schneider, ABB, Siemens, FAG, Street Crane, POWTRAN inverter motor, Flowmeter KROHNE) yang menunjuk kami sebagai agent / distributor , juga product yang kami supply langsung dari manufacture dengan harga sangat kompetitif , dikarenakan kami memiliki rekanan yang berdomisili di Singapore & German.
