Designed for use on-site rather than in a laboratory, the TB400 works with a 10mL sample and determines turbidity from 0 to 50NTU or 50 to 1000NTU (nephelometric turbidity units) with resolution of 0.01NTU and accuracy of ±5% FS or ±0.5NTU (whichever is greater). This turbidity meter uses microrprocessor-based circuitry, ensuring that measurements are carried out with high accuracy and are easily repeatable. It also runs entirely on batteries for use out in the field and includes additional functions such as data hold and MIN/MAX calculations with record/recall.
