Methods are stored on the included USB memory stick, so they can be added or removed from the instrument as needed. Methods can be adapted for new chemistries or operators can create their own custom methods. The AquaMate 7000 Vis offers 325 to 1100 nm selectable wavelengths and 5 nm spectral bandwidth and is ideal for most routine concentration measurements. The AquaMate 8000 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer includes all three cell holders. The AquaMate 3-Position Cell Holder (EF13999) includes one adjustable holder for 13mm to 25mm round vials, one holder for 20 or 50mm rectangular vials and one holder for 10mm square vials. The AquaMate 6-Position Cell Holder (EF14000) is ideal for multi-sample measurements in 10mm square vials. With one position reserved for a blank, the 6-position cell holder allows the automated analysis of up to five samples. The AquaMate 1-Position Cell Holder (EF13998) accommodates a single 10mm square vial.
