l time-saving l user-friendly l prolongs the life of inoculation loops l for up to 6 inoculation loop simultaneously Our semiautomatic Flame sterilization carousel is suitable for precise and timed annealing and flaming of 6 inoculation loop and inoculation loops. The used inoculation loop is sterilized immediately after hanging and rotating the holder into the Abflammposition, at any time to have a sterile, cooled inoculation loop at hand. 
The Flame sterilization carousel is in combination with our schuett phoenix II Safety Bunsen burners used. The annealing time is accurately and continuously adjustable 
(1 s to 120 min). The rotation is done by hand, the Ausglühvorgang fully automatic 
and will only be started if the polluted inoculation loop into Ausglühposition 
is rotated. This saves time and gas consumption is minimized.
The precise timing of the durability of the inoculation loop increased significantly. 
The almost vertical Ausglühposition the inoculation loop downward prevents sagging 
of contaminated liquid at the inoculation loop itself and the inoculation loop. 
The loop holders are flamed by the optimal positioning so that even 
when Abimpfen from long tube prevents contamination.
The carousel is designed for the continuous processing of sample series.
