Special top hat furnace
- Electrically operated to raise and lower the furnace chamber, to ensure easy access to the workpiece
- Manual or automatic lifting or lowering operation
- Automatic lifting/lowering can be incorporated into temperature profile to increase cooling or venting
- Internal chamber dimensions: 500mm high x 600mm wide x 600mm deep
- Maximum temperature: 1200°C; maximum continuous operating temperature 1150°C in air
- Element type: Four side panels each incorporating free radiating spiral wire elements embedded in vacuum formed low thermal mass ceramic fibre insulation
- Dual display PID temperature controller/programmer with eight segments (type Eurotherm 2416CG)
- Type N thermocouple
- 415-240 volts three phase with neutral, 12kW
